CEO and Partner
Hideki Yoshimura is CEO and Partner of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo. Founded Valcom Inc. in 2003 while he was an university student. Co-founded AirTrip Inc. in 2007 and served as President and CEO (resigned already). In 2016, AirTrip Inc. was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market, and in 2017, it moved to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section. AirTrip Group’s companies, Magmag,Inc., Hybrid Technologies Co., Ltd., and Inbound Platform Corp. were listed on JASDAQ, Mothers, and Growth markets, respectively.
In 2017, founded Midas Capital Inc. In the same year, as Midas Capital’s first project, he acquired BuySell Technologies Co., Ltd., later becoming Chairman of the Board. BuySell Technologies was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in 2019. In 2022, AViC Co., Ltd., part of the Midas corporate group, was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth market. In 2023, GENDA Inc., another Midas corporate group company, was also listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth market.
CEO and Partner of Dual Bridge Capital, Co., Ltd
Shusuke Terada is Managing Director and Partner of Midas Capital Inc. and also CEO and Partner of Dual Bridge Capital Inc. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo. Since 2009, he had worked at Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc., engaging in equity research and financial advisory services, and served as Director and Head of the Real Estate Team. In 2016, joined ZIGExN Co., Ltd. as Director and Executive Officer, CFO, and had led investment strategy with a focus on M&A, financial strategy, corporate planning, market transition to the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section, and strengthening of the corporate structure. Outside Director
Naoto Ohitsu is the Outside Director of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University and joined Mizuho Bank, Ltd. in 1988, where he engaged in a Sales Manager and head office roles, gaining experience in corporate services such as M&A and MBO. Since his appointment as General Manager of the SHIBUYA-CHUO Branch in 2013, he has been engaged in supporting startups and growth-stage companies. In 2018, he was appointed as Executive Officer, and in 2022, Managing Executive Officer. In the same year, he was appointed as a member of the “Startup Development Subcommittee(October–November 2022)” held under the government’s “Council for the Realization of New Form of Capitalism,” where he was the sole representative from the financial sector. Until most recently, he had been making achievements as Executive Advisor to both Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. and Mizuho Bank, Ltd. and in April 2025, he was appointed as the current position of Midas Capital Inc.
Principal
Goro Asakura is a Principal of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. Joined McKinsey & Company, Inc. and engaged in mid- to long-term strategy development, new business launches, and operational improvements across industries such as retail and public infrastructure. After helping to establish LOCONDO, Inc., he joined the YCP Group in 2014. As a Director and Partner, he was involved in business strategy development, new business strategy formulation, international expansion strategy, sales organization improvement, HR system review, system implementation across industries including retail, consumer goods, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, and entertainment. Joined Midas Capital Inc. in April 2023 and assumed the role of Principal.
Principal
Shun Kobayashi is a Director of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo. He joined A.T. Kearney, Inc. and he was involved in management consulting with a focus on the consumer goods industry. In 2015, co-founded Ostance Inc., and served as a board director, focusing on business development and building an organization. In 2019, joined WARC Inc., and served as an Executive Officer, leading the establishment of a recruitment business specializing in start-ups. He later joined Midas Capital Inc. as a Director, focusing on value-up support for portfolio companies, particularly in organizational and recruitment aspects.

Yosuke Yanao is a Director of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University. Joined Mitsubishi UFJ Bank as a new graduate and involved in corporate finance in addition to the structured finance for small to large enterprises. In 2018, joined Keystone Partners Co.,Ltd., a private equity fund, focusing on M&A and finance activities. After joined Midas Capital Inc., he is working on investment opportunity sourcing, company valuation and due diligence, supporting existing investments, and building relationships with financial institutions as a Director.

Shingo Ito is a Director of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from the College of Economics at Rikkyo University.He gained experience as a sales manager and HR consultant at Venture Link Co.,Ltd. and Link and Motivation Inc., and thereafter transitioned to the field of human resources and served as the head of HR at M&A Capital Partners Co., Ltd. for six years.Since he joined in Midas Capital Co., Ltd. in 2023, he has been working as a director, primarily providing hands-on support in HR and recruitment for portfolio companies.

Takuya Maruyama is a Director of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from the Graduate School of Law at Doshisha University. He accelerated through university and engaged in research on M&A legal frameworks. After joining Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd., he worked in M&A advisory, involving numerous deals ranging from start-ups to large-scale transactions in the TMT sector. From 2019, based in New York, he worked at Mizuho Securities USA and focused on M&A advisory and participated in numerous cross-border transactions. After joined Midas Capital Inc., as a Director, he focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, conducting company valuations and due diligence, supporting existing investments, and building relationships with financial institutions.

Aiko Saiki is a Director of Midas Capital Inc. She graduated from Waseda University Graduate School of Finance, and began her career at Daiwa Securities SMBC Co. Ltd. as a bond sales representative and a private banker. Subsequently worked as a private banker at UBS AG Singapore Branch, she had led public relations and external affairs at bitFlyer Holdings, Inc. and the Japan Blockchain Association since 2018. After becoming independent to support public relations for startups, she joined PRAS inc. in 2020 and contributed to listing its parent company, the Material Group, on the stock market as Executive Vice President. In 2025, she was appointed Director at Midas Capital.

Shohei Tanaka is a Director of Midas Capital Inc. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Sophia University and began his career at Nihon M&A Center Inc., where he was involved in a wide range of M&A advisory services. His responsibilities included deal sourcing, execution (contract negotiation and closing support), financial and business due diligence, equity valuation, and investment strategy development, primarily for mid-sized and small businesses.
He subsequently joined Midas Capital Inc., where he has been broadly engaged in investment operations. His work has encompassed deal sourcing, corporate valuation, and due diligence, as well as post-investment value creation and management support for portfolio companies. He has also been responsible for building relationships with financial advisory boutiques and M&A brokerage firms.
Business Director, MIDAS Foundation
Eri Tamagawa is a Business Director of Midas Foundation. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo. Joined Mitsubishi Research Institute as a new graduate and involved in research on social issues. She had contributed to publications such as "List of Social Issues Expected to be Solved by Innovation (Japanese and English)" (2022, Mitsubishi Research Institute) and "New Strategic Innovation from 'Shared Domains' Realized through Social Implementation" (December 2021, Diamond Publishing). Since January 2024, she has been serving as the Business Director at the Midas Foundation.
CEO and Partner, Dual Bridge Capital, Co., Ltd
After completing graduate studies at Keio University, Shun Ito joined Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and took responsible for supporting existing investments as well as creating new funds. After assisting several startups with fundraising, he joined Nissay Capital Inc. As Investment Director, he conducted a broad range of investments from seed to later stages. He then established Dual Bridge Capital, Co., Ltd, a related venture capital fund of Midas Capital as Managing Partner.
